Kupala Night on Augustow Canal
On 5 July, the Augustow Canal hosted Kupala Night, one of the most vibrant traditional summer festivals. Immersed in Belarusian folklore, the Dombrovka sluice welcomed visitors with a reenactment of ancient Kupala rituals, folk songs, and traditional dance masterclasses. Guests could gather wild herbs and learn how to weave flower wreaths from local experts. True to tradition, everyone had a chance to venture into the woods in search of the magical fern flower.
