Fifth All-Belarusian religious procession in Slonim District
The fifth All-Belarusian religious procession from Zhirovichi to Minsk began after the Divine Liturgy at the Holy Dormition Zhirovichi Monastery. Over nine days, participants will cover approximately 250 kilometers. Believers may join the procession either for the entire journey or for individual sections. The All-Belarusian religious procession is held with the blessing of Metropolitan Veniamin of Minsk and Zaslavl, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus. The route will pass through four dioceses and 21 churches. The procession will conclude on 26 August, the feast day of the Minsk Icon of the Mother of God at the Holy Spirit Cathedral in Minsk.
