Vyborg is an ancient city in the northwest of Russia, located on the shore of the Gulf of Finland. It was founded by the Swedes in 1293, and its unique appearance still recalls its Scandinavian past: narrow cobblestone streets, medieval houses, and the main attraction Vyborg Castle with the Tower of St. Olaf.
