Bread production at Avtomat factory
The Avtomat Bread Factory is one of the oldest mechanized enterprises in Minsk. Founded in 1940, it specializes in producing rye-wheat bread, bakery items, bagels, and rusks. Its production capacity is 140 tonnes of products per day. Since 2025, sunflower oil in production has been replaced with rapeseed oil. The locally produced raw material is equal in quality to imported oil. In the Vodar Dietetic bread, imported seaweed has now been replaced with dietary fiber. The factory also produces Belarusian snacks, baking them in the oven significantly reduces the content of fats, oils, and carcinogens.
