Minsk marks 30th anniversary of Internationalist Soldiers memorial
The creation of commemorative sites such as the Island of Courage and Sorrow memorial complex, dedicated to internationalist warriors who fell in Afghanistan, is of great importance for the sustainable development of the state, State Secretary of the Belarusian Security Council Aleksandr Volfovich said during a rally marking the 30th anniversary of the memorial’s opening in Minsk.
