Belarus, Vietnam expand security cooperation
State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Aleksandr Volfovich met with Deputy Minister of Public Security of Vietnam Pham The Tung in Minsk on 4 September. On the same day, the joint working group of the Belarusian State Secretariat of the Security Council and Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security held consultations. The parties discussed expanding security cooperation.
