Belarusfilm launches new movie production
Filming of a new youth detective thriller by Kirill Khaletsky has started at the Podberezko Usyazh Secondary School. The film 19.91 is an adaptation of one of the novellas by Belarusian playwright and author Andrei Fedarenko. Shooting will take place from 24 July until the end of October in several locations: Minsk, Pukhovichi, Usyazh, Zaslavl, Rakov, Zhodishki, and Berezino. The premiere of 19.91 is scheduled for next year. The film will be released both as a four-episode story (each episode 44 minutes long) and as a full-length feature film to be shown in cinemas across the country.
