Union State gala concert in Vitebsk
The Union State Days were held as part of the 35th International Festival of Arts Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk. The key event of the program was the gala concert The Union State Invites… Prior to the start of the concert, diplomas and commemorative prizes from the Union State Standing Committee were presented to cultural and arts figures from Belarus and Russia for their creative embodiment of friendship between the peoples of the two countries.
