Polotsk marks the 82nd anniversary of liberation from German fascist invaders
A commemorative rally took place on at the Liberators of Polotsk memorial to honor the 82nd anniversary of the city’s liberation from the German fascist invaders on 4 July. Among those in attendance was Natalya Kochanova, Speaker of the Council of the Republic.
