Orthodox believers mark the Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God
On 21 September, Orthodox believers celebrated the Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God, one of the twelve fixed feasts, established in honor of the birth of the Most Pure Virgin Mary. On the day of the celebration of the Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God, a solemn divine service is held in churches, preceded by an all-night vigil.
