New director introduced to BISR staff

First Deputy Head of the Belarus President Administration Vladimir Pertsov introduced the new director, Andrei Kuntsevich, to the staff of the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Research (BISR). Vladimir Pertsov drew attention to the importance of international activity — expert diplomacy — and also focused on the domestic agenda.
