Monument to pilot Alexander Mamkin unveiled in Minsk
A monument to pilot Alexander Mamkin was unveiled in Polotsky Park in Minsk as part of the program of the 13th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia. The first to lay flowers at the new monument were Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Natalya Kochanova and Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko.
