Minsk Ice Cream Plant No. 2: Unique technology, natural ingredients
Ice cream production at Minsk Ice Cream Plant No. 2 began in 1953. Creating new flavors at the enterprise is a strictly regulated process: technologists determine the strategic direction and produce trial samples in laboratory conditions. Flavorings and functional additives such as stabilizers, vanillin, and fruit purées are carefully selected. A tasting committee then assesses the taste and quality. This year, many new products have appeared: “Dranik” (potato pancake flavored ice cream), “Raspberry Kulich” for Easter, “Gingerbread,” and “Mulled Wine” for the New Year.
