Graduation ceremony at Lyceum of University of Civil Protection
The Lyceum under the University of Civil Protection at the of the Emergencies Ministry celebrated the 19th graduation on June 12. The renovated hall for spiritual and moral education was reopened as part of the ceremony. The hall was consecrated by Metropolitan Veniamin of Minsk and Zaslavl, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus.
