Kupala Night celebrations in Smorgon District
A vibrant and lively atmosphere filled Smorgon District on 4 July, thanks to the organizers of the Kupala Evenings festival. Visitors at the park zone of the Zalesye culture center fully immersed themselves in Belarusian Kupala traditions. The event featured a historical reenactment by the Druzhina Vseslava club, after which everyone could join the Vyanok Lyosu (Wreath of Destiny) entertainment program and experience the ancient rituals of purification by fire and Kupala water.
