Belarus-Laos talks in Bishkek
Belarus and Laos need to step up their cooperation, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said during a meeting with Lao President Thongloun Sisoulith on the sidelines of the SCO summit in Bishkek on 1 September.
