Communist parties of Belarus, Laos sign MoU
On 29 May, the Communist Party of Belarus (CPB) signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation with the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP). The document was signed by First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus Sergei Syrankov and Head of the External Relations Committee of the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party Bounleua Phandanouvong.
