Foreign students at Vitebsk Medical University celebrate Maslenitsa
On 19 February, students from more than 20 countries studying at Vitebsk Medical University came together for a traditional celebration of the Maslenitsa festival. The future medics competed in pancake-eating contests, tug-of-war, and other games, took part in circle dances and other activities. The festivities reached their peak with the burning of the Maslenitsa effigy.
