Cornflower field in Belarus
The blue cornflower has been named Plant of the Year following the Plant of 2025 competition. The competition was organized by the Belarusian public association Botanicheskoe Obshchestvo and the Kuprevich Institute of Experimental Botany.
Although it goes by many names, it is simply known as the cornflower among people. A field of these vibrant blooms was captured by BelTA’s photographer.
